Shipping Policy

At Things & Essentials, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We are offering free shipping until March 1, 2023, thereafter, shipping rates will be listed on the checkout page.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
    1. Orders placed from our website are processed within 48 hours.
    2. Orders placed on our marketplace platforms Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, or eBay are processed within 7 business days for standard items and 10 business days for made-to-order items.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service).
    1. After processing and leaving the warehouse:
      Items shipped from orders placed on our website will take 4 to 14 business days to arrive at their destination.
      Items shipped from orders placed on our marketplace platforms Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, or eBay will take 7 to 30 business days to arrive at their destination.

Free shipping is standard shipping. We do have express delivery available.

No order will arrive the next business day. Once an order has shipped the carrier has up to 30 days to deliver the package unless the order was placed on our website in which case the item will arrive within 14 days of shipment. In most cases an order will change carriers at least once before being handed over to USPS. Once USPS receives your package you will receive an email with the tracking number, date, and time that your package will be delivered. You can also track your order using the ‘Track My Package’ link on our website.

* At checkout it is visible on our website that if a package is not received within 30 days of the ship date on the 31st day you will automatically be refunded.
