Return To Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’11 also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we11 send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product not as described claims: understand that the image is not a product description. The Image may have text that describes the product’s function and desired look further (for example a curling iron with text pointing to the different functions of the hairstyling tool or a model wearing the outfit that is being described). Understand that images are enhanced for marketing purposes. We all want to look like the models in the images, however, the model doesn’t even look like the model In the picture once the Image has been enhanced. Having said that, if you receive a product that is not as described in the product description, contact us immediately via email with a picture of the product that you received (you can use your cellphone to take the picture) so that we can evaluate the Issue and make It right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or made-to-order products (such as fashion & apparel orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The % promotion that is automatically applied at checkout Is considered a sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we will adjust your balance accordingly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know If the refund was approved for a refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Returns that are not approved for a refund are exchanged for a larger or smaller size; a different color; or a different style.
